Site Requirements

It is the policy of Williamsons Property Services that all contracts have clear site requirements.

These requirements are defined only after consultation with the client and all agreed on at a client requirement meeting.

Through open and frank discussions on the working environment, an atmosphere of mutual understanding and cooperation is developed, forming a partnership.

This partnership allows both Williamsons Property Services and the client to benefit from the specialised skills and expertise already offered by both companies, ensuring therefore that all service objectives are achieved.

In doing so, an agreed standard will be implemented in relation to the Williamsons’ employee, where uniform, appearance and conduct requirements are set and adhere to when placing staff.

In addition, basic standards and tasks for
Williamsons Property Services staff is agreed to, which encompass levels of performance.

Williamsons Property Services employees will be expected to attain and maintain this standard.

The Williamsons Property Services employee will also need to familiarise themselves with legislative requirements and be aware of the governing bodies pertaining to the clients’ facilities.
