Unhappy staff leads to less efficiency and possible union intervention.
Union confrontation can only cause loss of motivation and job interest.
Our management will ensure that this critical area of operation is under control at all times.
We recognise the importance, which is placed on the employment of suitable personnel, and have developed a comprehensive selection process.
The staffing process at Williams starts with a study of the Property Service specification followed by the outlining job descriptions.
Staff is then chosen for their experience, aptitudes, and attributes.
All our staff both full-tine and part-time are thoroughly screened to the mutual benefit of both parties.
Some of the key selection criteria are:
- Previous Property Service experience
- Living to close proximity to work location
- Ability to work alone and/or at night
- Meticulous (Attention to detail)
- Able to repeat tasks as instructed
- Fitness level
- Appropriate appearance
- Literacy level, English, Bi Lingual

Chemical Safety
Ensure guards are used when they are provided and protective clothing is worn, if required
Comply with the supervisor’s instructions.
Ensure all areas are left clean and tidy.
Occupational hazards:-
Not to take chances with faulty equipment but to report them immediately.
To always read the labels of any chemical products very carefully and to use them accordingly.
Never to tamper with office equipment or any paperwork.
Immediately inform their supervisor if they are unable to service an area.

Their personal conduct and their presentation.
Taking pride on their work:-
Ensuring that their storage area is always clean and tidy.
In maintaining adequate levels of chemicals and toilet requisites.
