Our company has long established that the key to effective, productive, contract management is through supervision.

Efficiency productivity and an excellent service provision, especially on medium to large buildings, which is maintained consistently, is gained through effective supervision at various levels from the directors through to the leading hands.

Leading Hand's: Fully trained in all facets of the Cleaning Industry.
Will be on site throughout the cleaning operations.

His / hers responsibilities are:

  • Daily Inspections
  • Quality Control
  • Security
  • Staff Supervision & Training
  • Rostering of staff for sickness & holiday relief.
  • Ordering of Cleaning Materials.
  • Attention to any other client requirements advised.

Area Managers:

The Area Manager visually inspects the premises randomly, usually after hours together with the leading Hand, on a weekly basis. The Area Manager will also call at your premises on a monthly basis during business hours to conduct a building inspection. A copy of the inspection report is then given to the Building Manager, another is given to the Leading Hand. The original remains with WILLIAMSONS PROPERTY SERVICES (Operations-File Copy)

It is anticipated that that the inspection would be conducted with your appointed Building representative. If your representative is unavailable to walk through the premises, our Area Manager will conduct the inspection. Upon completion he would appreciate the time to spend some time with you to discuss the details of the report. If inconvenient, he will arrange with you a time and date which will be more appropriate.
