Williamsons Property Services has long established that the key to efficient and productive contract management is through the effective training, supervision and inspection of staff and their work performance.
We allocate adequate time and resources to each Contract and ensure that all our staff is paid the correct award rates and entitlements. We believe that satisfied and motivated staff is of the greatest importance to the delivery of quality service. Therefore, our Management and Supervisors ensure that our staff has a pleasant working environment and an excellent relationship with the Unions.
Our staff is carefully trained in their duties and we firmly believe that to be a Professional means, understanding the client's needs and to act accordingly.
